Roof Repair

Missing shingles, persistent leaks, damaged flashing, storm impact — we find the source and fix it. Small problems left alone turn into big ones, so we address every repair with the same thoroughness we bring to a full replacement.

We work on asphalt shingle, flat, and metal roofs. If it can be repaired instead of replaced, that's what we'll recommend.

02

Full Roof Replacement

When repairs can no longer keep up — age, accumulated damage, or underlying deck issues — a full replacement is the right call. We tear off the existing roof, inspect the deck for rot or structural problems, and install a new roofing system from scratch.

You get a written quote before we start and a clean job site when we leave.

03

Roof Inspection

A detailed assessment of your roof's condition — inside and out. We check shingles, flashing, gutters, ventilation, and the attic space for moisture or damage. You get a written summary with findings and recommendations.

Useful before buying a home, after a major storm, or if your roof is aging and you want to know how much life is left in it.

04

Preventive Maintenance

Regular upkeep extends a roof's life and prevents costly surprises. We clear debris, check seals around vents and flashing, inspect for early wear, and make sure gutters are draining correctly.

Most problems we catch during maintenance are minor and inexpensive to fix — far less than the water damage they would eventually cause.
